Youtube Beta BackGrounds!!

Do I make Youtube Beta BackGrounds?-Yes I do
I do make backgrounds but there are rules to this if you want one you MUST FOLLOW MY RULES!!

RULES
1.I will have my name "BadThwei" on it to tell others that I made it.
2.Keep my name on it if I look and find out that my name is been removed, has a different name on it, or you claim that you made it I will hit a button on the bottom of your youtube page that says "Report Background Image" and will report it as Theft!

PAYBACK
If you want to pay me back from making you a youtube background you may if your wondering how you can pay me thanks your probly thinking of money the answer is NO!! NO NO!! I dont accept money unless I draw you something that took me a day or two.
You can either draw something for me that I request or make me a video if you know how but NO MONEY!!!
